For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account on jli1 and to access or use any of its Services. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to all licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines.
2.2 You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted at the time of placing any wager. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jli1 complies with all applicable local laws.
2.3 jli1 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be suspended immediately, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from play while underage may be voided.
2.4 Employees of jli1, its affiliates, software providers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in any jli1 promotions.

3.1 Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on jli1. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jli1 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
3.4 jli1 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification — such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS card, or driver's license — before withdrawals are processed.
3.5 jli1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse, breach of these Terms, or regulatory non-compliance.
4.1 All transactions on jli1 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
4.2 jli1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used by the account holder and verified by jli1's compliance team. Processing times vary by method but jli1 targets same-session or next-business-day processing for verified accounts using GCash and Maya.
4.4 jli1 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above threshold amounts as required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Delays caused by compliance review are not considered a breach by jli1.
4.5 Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per payment method and displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by jli1 with notice to players.
5.1 jli1 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives at its discretion. The specific terms — including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal amounts — are detailed on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.
5.3 jli1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion before its modification or withdrawal will be entitled to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, where operationally feasible.
5.4 Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings that meet the stated wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
6.1 All virtual games offered on jli1 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and approved by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available in the information panel of each individual game.
6.2 Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in professional studios. Game outcomes on live tables are determined by the physical result of card deals, roulette spins, or dice throws, as applicable.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including server disconnection, software error, or stream interruption — jli1 reserves the right to void the affected round. Wagers placed on voided rounds will be returned to the player's account balance in full.
6.4 jli1's decision on game outcomes and technical disputes is final and binding, subject to PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures where applicable.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jli1 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities:
8.1 jli1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its players. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, all accessible from within the player account settings.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jli1 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of jli1 content is permitted without prior written authorisation.
10.1 jli1 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jli1 disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted service availability.
10.2 jli1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the jli1 platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of winnings due to technical malfunction.
10.3 jli1's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your jli1 account at the time of the claim.
11.1 jli1 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to players via email to the address on file, or via a notice displayed on the jli1 platform, at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.
11.2 Your continued use of jli1 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using jli1 and close your account.
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of jli1 shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute shall be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, the outcome of which both parties agree to treat as binding.
12.3 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.
